Peirce Mill is a historic mill building located in Rock Creek Park. It was built in the 1820's and is on the National Register of Historic Places. Historic Structures performed selective removals of the mill machinery, the mill stones, the water wheel and timbers. The Summer beam and basement bearing posts and capitals were restructured and repaired. The oak floor joists and planking were restored and replaced. Restored window sash were glazed with replacement vintage glass.

President Lincoln's Cottage at the Soldiers' Home in Washington, DC, is a Gothic-Revival Cottage now designated as a national monument and run by the National Trust for Historic Preservation. Historic Structures restored the south veranda, north entrance, upper balcony, roof, windows, doors and completed upper millwork.

Huntley Historic Site

The Huntley Historic Site is an early 19th-century Federal-style villa and farm that was the country home of Thomas Francis Mason. Now a property of the Fairfax County Park Authority, Huntley is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Historic Structures participated in the restoriation of Huntley in 2010.

The historic Wheat Row townhouses are some of the oldest residential houses in Washington, D.C. These Late Georgian style townhouses are on the National Register of Historic Places. Historic Structures performed a period restoration of the 18th Century townhouse, through cabinet, millwork replication, and hand-planed pine floor replication. Historic Structures also fabricated and installed period mahogany entrance doors. Fireplaces were restored with faux-marble mantels and hearths.

Georgetown University Astronomical Observatory

The Georgetown University Observatory (also known as the Heyden Observatory) was built in 1844, where it was used for astronomical observations until 1972. It was named to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973. Historic Structures restored the main entrance in 2009. Extensive restoration was performed on the entrance, including restoring the structure and repairing the historic glass windows.

This beautiful Federal-style mansion located in the heart of the Georgetown Historic District was built around 1800 by Washington Bowie, the godson of George Washington. Historic Structures restored two leaded glass arched entrance transoms, including the carving and lead casting of historic ornament. An investigation of the leaded and composition ornament proved it was designed by the renowned American artist Robert Wellford (not the British architect Robert Adam). The stairs, doors, and windows also underwent restoration and preservation.

Blair House

Blair House is the official guest house for the President of the United States, located on Pennsylvania Avenue near the White House. The Federal-style house was built in 1824 and has been the official residence for guests since 1942. Historic Structures restored all the historic windows, installed blast protection glass, stripped and painted the standing trim, and weatherstripped all the openings of the third and fourth floor guest rooms and the first floor atrium French doors.

Historic Structures restored two leaded glass arched entrance transoms of this historic Federal-style plantation house built in 1819-1820. The composition ornament of the transoms was created by the renowned American artist Robert Wellford of Philadelphia.

Vero Beach Heritage Center and Citrus Museum

The Vero Beach Heritage Center is a historic landmark, now used for private and public events. Historic Structures has been restoring the building's original cypress wood windows. Each window was individually crafted and updated with installation of blast protection.
